Refund policy

Services & Warranty

We do not provide refunds on any services. Instead, we stand behind our work with the following warranty coverage:

Regular Polish: 24-hour warranty.

Shellac/UV Gel: 5-day warranty.

Bio Gel: 7-day warranty.

Policy Details:

Fixes: If you experience any issues within the specified warranty period, we will re-perform the service at no charge.

Communication: Please report any issues within the warranty timeframe. If you cannot visit us immediately, contact us within the warranty period to schedule an arrangement.

Appointments: We strongly recommend booking an appointment for nail fixes to ensure dedicated attention. Walk-in warranty claims may experience longer wait times.

Health: Any health issues or concerns must be communicated to your technician prior to your service.


Refund & Warranty Product Policy

Returns (Products)

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Perishable goods (oils, lotions, creams)

Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Sale items

Process:

Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Inspection: Once your return is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service.
