- We do not provide refunds on any services.

- Any issues with services only (not designs or add ons) we will re-perform the service within 24 hours.

Warranty

- Shellac 5 days. 

- Bio Gel 7 days 

If you cannot make it back to our location within the given warranty time please contact us to make other arrangements. 

For nail repairs or reapplication, we offer to fix or redo your nails with the same color and design as previously selected. In case you wish to alter the color or design, an additional fee will be incurred.

Heath Issues

- Any Health Issues must be communicated with your technician prior to service.

Gift Cards

- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Cards.

- Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.

- All products are final sale with no refunds or exchanges.
